Members of the Eparchial Review Board

 

 

 

                    Dr. Linda L. Hryhorczuk is deputy chair of the Review Board.  She is a board-certified child

psychiatrist in the Detroit area.  She has over 30 years of psychiatric experience and has

received numerous recognitions for her work, including serving as past President of the Michigan

Psychiatric Society, and as a member of an honorary association, the American College of Psychiatrists.

Dr. Hryhorzcuk received her medical degree from Wayne State University.

 

            Judge Lubomyr M. Jachnycky is chair of the Review Board.  He is a U.S. Administrative Law

Judge in Detroit.  Prior to his appointment in 1990, he served over 18 years as an Attorney with the U.S.

Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.  He received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame.

 

            Michael R. Kos is an attorney in the Chicago area.  He has 40 years of legal experience.

Mr. Kos holds the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General Corps. He also serves

as Chairman of the Ukrainian American Selfreliance Credit Union in Chicago.  He received his law degree

from the University of Illinois.

 

            Anna Macielinski is a program manager in Lansing with the Michigan Department of Human

Services, the state component responsible for protecting children.  She has over 30 years of

experience as a social worker, supervisor and manager in Children’s Protective Services, and in related

areas, such as foster care and adoption, as well as Adult Protective Services for the vulnerable adult

population. Mrs. Macielinski received her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Oakland

University.

 

            John Novocilsky, Jr. is secretary of the Review Board.  He is a writer in the telecommunications

software industry in the Dallas area.  Mr. Novocilsky also serves as head of the Parish Council. 

Mr. Novocilsky is a candidate for the Deaconate in our Church and received his degree in business

and finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 

            George M. Wawrykow, Ph.D., ABPP,  is a Christian Child & Family Clinical Psychologist in the

Houston area.  His distinguished accomplishments include, being named: *  Fellow of the following three organizations: the Academy of Family Psychology, the International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy, and the International Academy of Medicine and Psychology, &  *  Diplomate by six Boards, including the prestigious, American Board of Professional Psycholgy in Family Psychology. 

Dr. Wawrykow has over 30 years of experience in the field of child sexual abuse.  He received his Ph.D. from

the University of North Texas.
